My Awesome Braun Mixer/chopper/blender

Misc.
For Christmas, my in-laws bought me a new Braun mixer. It came with beaters, a hand blender attachment and a chopper (mini-processor) attachment. If I had known these existed, I would have bought one years ago for me and all my friends who cook! The beaters are those new ones that have rounded metal and they cut through the stiffest cookie doughs and I even used them for mixing meatloaf--clean up is a breeze...and nothing "crawls" up the beaters like on my old mixer. Last night I used them to whip egg whites and in less than a minute, the (4) whites had become lovely stiff peaks. Oh am I ever in heaven with this thing! The chopper and handblender attachments are so easy...they snap into the same place as the beaters and they work like a charm. I also found out that for a mere $12 more, I can order dough hooks and a skim milk whipper attachment. I feel like such a cooking nerd singing praises like this, but this mixer is truly AWESOME!
