Need suggestions

My husband is having a promotion celebration this weekend. He has invited about 50 people, and we are going to order fried chicken, and barbeque hot dogs and hamburgers. I just wondered if anyone had any suggestions for side dishes that could feed a crowd but not be too complicated to make. (Potato salad and baked beans are all I could come up with so far.) Please help!
