Nesco roaster-I LOVE it!!!!

I got my 6-qt roaster from QVC last week and on Sunday I cooked a big batch of scalloped potatoes and pork in it. I actually think they were better cooked in the Nesco than the oven. This morning I browned a chuck roast well and put it in the roaster with a package of Lipton dry "Onion and Mushroom" soup and a can of cream of mushroom soup. I then added about 3/4 of a can of water and let it slowcook all day. It was so tender and made the most wonderful gravy. So easy and no lumps!!! I can't wait to cook something else in this great machine. I didn't get the Roastair model but I think that I will order the Roastair lid. Just wanted to tell ya'll about my newest toy.
