Hi Risa, I enjoyed your comments on the Nesco. I know that yours is larger than mine. When you bake in yours do you use a baking pan or do you bake right in the cookwell? Mine isn't really big enough to put too big of a pan in it. I was interested to hear how you felt about the Roastair lid. Is there a particular reason you don't care for it? If there is maybe I don't want to order one. Thanks, Kathy
