No FLOUR on the Pillsbury eligible list

I was crushed to learn that FLOUR is not one of the eligible ingredients in the upcoming Pillsbury bake-off. (I think the last year was 1994) So much for the recipe I had in mind (which, by the way, does not include any other ingredient on the eligible list.) Before I go back to the drawing board, does anyone know of a contest that requires the use of flour or shortening?
