Non-tomato sauces, Please!

Misc.

Hello. My boyfriend is allergic to tomatoes, so there are many foods out of his
reach. I am trying to find some sauce recipies to use as substitues for
tomato-based sauces. Does anybody have any suggestions?

Thanks a lot,

Izzy Schmidt
