I discard the marinade that was in a plastic zipper bag and put the pork loin into a Reynolds Cooking Bag that has had 1 T. of flour added.

Land O'Lakes makes the no-fat half-and-half. I have no idea what's in it, but I get it at the Wal-Mart SuperCenter.
