ISO: roast pork loin questions
Misc. The pork roast sounds really good. I never get this complicated with mine because they respond nicely to simple treatment, but I would like to try this for a change. Hope these questions are not too dumb.
1) After marinating the pork o/n, you put it BACK in the bag with flour and the liquids. The next sentance says to roast. Is this a special roasting bag? Or do you place it in some kind of pan?
2) On the scalloped potatoes: I was noticing how caloric these were when I saw that you noted a no-fat half-and-half. Is this a typo or is there actually such a product and what does it have in it?
Thanks
