oops forgot

You can get egg-replacer in any health food store. I use applesauce in place of eggs if eggs are used in a recipe calling for moisture from the eggs (if it is a sweet recipe). I use egg replacer in recipes that require a levener or something to make it rise. Anyways, I goofed it is not site index but SITE MAP that you need to go to. I replace margerine or butter in recipes with applesauce or yogurt-plain white yogurt, depending on the recipe. I make a good egg-free muffin recipe too but I need to find it! TKL is the place to be when it comes to allergy resources, good luck and let me know if you need anything.
