egg-free recipes

Misc.

Have you gone to the healthy board and the veggie board? On either one of the recipe boards you can do a search for either my name or "egg free" and you should get some recipes from me and others. My daughter is allergic to eggs as well. Any recipe that calls for milk can usually be substituted with soy or rice milk. There are a lot of very healpful web sites if you do a kitchen link search on "allergy" or "egg-free". Actually, if you go to the "site index" here at TKL you will find under healthy eating, topics such as milk allergy. I have a lot of tips avout egg-substituting. If you need any support from one parent to another you can get my email address from Betsy. I will search for one of my recipes and post it. (unfortunately, my hard drive crashed a few months back and I lost all of my recipes otherwise I would post more.)
