This is as cake I make often that has no eggs, milk, or butter. I mix it right in the pan.

Chocolate Wacky Cake

3 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
pinch of salt
6 Tb. cocoa
3/4 cup oil
2 tsp vinegar
2 tsp vanilla
2 cups cold water

Sift dry ingredients into a 9x13 cake pan. Make 3 wells in the dry ingredients. In each well add one of the remaining ingredients, pouring the water over the entire cake mix. Mix well. Batter will be runny. Makes a very moist cake.
