Ariel, sorry I didn't get back with you sooner. I didn't log on for a couple of days. We have an Oreck dealership right here in town, so that is where I got mine. It cost about $250 I think. I'm at work right now, so I can't check the model number, but I'll try to remember to get that for you I got a 5 year service policy free with mine (I had the choice of that or a hand vac - which I already had). It has been really nice, because I take it in annually and have it cleaned and serviced. Like I said before I really have been happy with it. It does a good job of cleaning and the lightness of it is wonderful. The one I had before really killed my back.
