Vacuum Cleaner recommendations?

Misc.

Hi, I'm thinking about getting a new vacuum cleaner, can anyone recommend one? The one I have right now is the LOUDEST thing on the planet! I don't think I can stand it much longer. I would like to get a quieter one that really gets the dirt out, esp since I'm extra allergic to dust. Preferably one that's not too heavy/big, not too expensive. Thanks! :)
