Erica - Maybe someone else can advise you about grilling a roast that big. Here is a previous post about baking an 8-pound pork loin:

Board: What's For Dinner?

Have never cooked one that large, but I went to my
newest cookbook which is The Ultimate Southern
Living Cookbook.

The chart in it lists as follows:

Loin center 3-5 lbs 160* internal temperature 25 to 30 minutes a lb. at 325*

Loin half 5-7 lbs 160* internal temp 30 to 35 minutes a lb

Roll (which would be boneless) 3-5 lbs 160* internal temp 25 to 30 min a lb.

So if you plan approx 30 minutes a lb and allow for standing time, you should be in the ball park.
