Overnight Cinnamon Roll Dough

Misc.
Use your regular cinnamon roll recipe and put them in the refrigerator right after you shape them, before they rise again. Cover them tightly with plastic wrap, sometimes they will grow just a little in the fridge but that's o.k. In the morning take them out and let them rise till double. I put mine in the oven with the light on and that makes the heat about right for rising. It takes about 45 min.
