Ramona, if none of the above oyster recipes are what you're looking for ....I might be able to help you if you can describe the casserole a bit more (re other ingredients, etc.). I have cookbooklets from 19 or 20 years of the National Oyser Cook-Off held every October in St. Mary's County Maryland. They usually have 12 finalists - 3 in each category - and 1 is main dish; 1 is soup/stew (others appetizers and salad/and/or outdoor. The booklets usually have about 40 recipes -- 10 in each category.

Some of the recipes are really good ... and others ??? I wonder! We have been to the festival and cook off about a dozen or more years ... (and participated in the cook -off quie a few times too) .... so we've gotten to taste quite a few.

I don't mind posting a few ... but 'casserole' is such a broad term! If I can help, let me know.
