Pat, Hot and Sour is my favorite now

I used to always order egg drop but I am hooked on the hot and sour soup now.
If I think of it, next time I see one of the Wong's I will ask them if there is some source for hot and sour canned soup. She always sends extra egg rolls home with us. Hers are big compared to most restaurants and really good.
I have a good egg roll recipe from "Yan Can Cook" show but I can't seem to get the hang of rolling them tight enough.
