if all the chinese res. make it from scratch or do they buy in quanity? I don't know where I can find some of these ingredient and don't believe there is Oriental mkt. in Hot Springs. I am going to copy your recipe and try and locate the items I need to make. I love this kind of soup. thought maybe some of the res. might go to res. supply house and buy gallon size cans of it. Just wondering.
