Hi Joel, I have this recipe book from Jean Pare on Preserves. Jean Pare has some of the best cookbooks, I think, that you can find, everything I made from her books were delicious. We have made from the Preserves book, bread & butter, gherkins, sweet dill pickles and tonight we are making zucchini pickles. She even has watermelon rind pickles in her cookbook. If you want I could type a few of them, but it might take a few days. Thanks and have a nice day
