Pineapple Cheese Egg Casserole?

I am serving Ham for Christmas Dinner and once I was treated to a very good Pineapple Cheese Casserole served as a side dish to the Ham. It may also have had eggs and/or bread included. Does anyone have such a recipe or one suitable as a side for Ham?

You'll make me and my family happy for Christmas!
