I have come very close to the Med bread recipe. I made a few adjustments though.
I found an indian flatbread at a local market that was almost perfect but I almost fell over when I saw how many calories were in it. Try using a flat bread, Focaccia bread, or pita.
Put some Rosemary, basil, garlic & pepper in olive oil or butter, nuke for a min. brush it on the pita.
Sprinkle Parmesean cheese on top. Bake in oven (? 375 for a little over 5 min until it is brown on top. Cut and serve! If it's not perfect it's still damn good. lol
