Pizzelle pointers

Hi there...

Are you using oil or margarine? Oil can prevent proper browning as can lite margarine.

What recipe are you using. If you'd be interested in another recipe please let me know...My Grandmother has a killer recipe that gaurantees perfect Pizzelles everytime!
