Please help me find a recipe for my Dad!

Hi - I am looking for a recipe for my father - that he remembers from his childhood. He said his mother (now deceased) used to make home made barbeque sauce - in which she cooked pork chops (he said he thinks they were baked in the oven - this is not a grilled recipe). The pork chops and the barbeque sauce were served over mashed potatoes. My father is in his late 50's - and he remembers this as a childhood favorite recipe. He has had it served to him once since his mothers death at a church camp dinner. So it must be a recipe that is out there somewhere! If anyone could help me find this recipe - I would greatly appreciate it! My dad loves to cook - and would so enjoy having this recipe that he remembers from his childhood. Thank you!
