Here's a fast and good recipe I make for my family and they enjoy...
BBQ pork chops
Brown 8 slices of the meat. Then pour over the fallowing sauce:
3/4 cup ketchup
1 cup water
1/4 cup mustard
1/4 cup vinegar
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/2 cup minced celery
1 little onion, minced
You mix the ingredients together and just pour on meat. Bake in oven at 350F, for approx. 1 hour.
Hope you and your father like it. Bye bye!
