Potassium rich foods

Misc.
I got this from a WebMD article on the DASH diet - which is a diet designed to lower blood pressure without medication - If you go to the WebMD site and do a search for DASH diet you'll get more information on other potassium rich foods, which include lots of different nuts and legumes, too.

Hope this helps -
