Question about Spinach Strudel

Gina - This recipe sounds delicious! This will be my little one's first Easter so I plan a large dinner for the family (even though the most exciting thing he will get is rice cereal mixed with apple sauce!!)

I have a question about your spinach strudel. I got a bit lost on the puff pastry. Is this rolled up jellyroll style or is it just folded over? I'm thinking that the spinach is in the middle and the strips are folded on top of the filling - not rolled. Please help!
