Jackie, Here's An Idea!

Misc.
Hi Jackie,

I know what you mean...sometimes I tend to overcook but Mom takes some home to have for a few days and I also keep some for a few days. If I have guests, they take home also. But this year it is just the three of us. Our next big shindig will be July 4th. We just wanted to have one holiday to ourselves. Sometimes one can get a little tired of entertaining, you know what I mean?

Here's an idea for you, buy a small ham, make a small potato sald and string bean salad, a small Sweet Potato Crunch and just one of the desserts.

Either way, you will come out winning because you will have leftovers for a few days.

Happy Easter Jackie, to you and yours!!
