Hi Jill,

Do not fret, you can do it!! When you place the spinach mixture down the middle, you simply cut 1/2 inch strips down each side because you will take the strips and fold over the mixture making a "V" like pattern down the middle. This is what is called a "chevron" style.

Take one strip from the left and one strip from the right and fold over, not across but sort of bringing them down. Then you will see the "V" in the middle with a little bit of the spinach showing.

Delicious!!
