Quick cook brown rice

Misc.

Most of the stores in this area (Heartland USA) are now carrying several brands of quick cooking brown rice. Among the brands are Uncle Ben's and Minute Rice. The cooking times have been decreased to 15 to 20 minutes instead of the usual 45 to 50 minutes.
