BBQ oysters:

Shuck oysters, keeping half the shell as cooking vessle
Place shell with oyster on grill and add a dab of herb butter and a dolup of homemade BBQ sauce.5- 10 takes about 8 minutes)
Let cook until oyster begin to look white (resemables a cooking egg)
Pur cooked oyster and sauce on to peices of slcied french bread and serve
