Hi Zuba,
Was just checking the board for an answer to my inquiry about childrens cowboy parties, and saw your post....Our family always does barbeque...my favorite, and for some reason the only "once a year" thing is Shishkabobs....fun and easy and most of the prep work can be done ahead of time, to free you up to enjoy your company....and of course homemade ice cream.....I have a great recipe (my own original), if you'd like it....please post again and I'll type them out....
