Recipe(tried): Chicken and Artichoke Casserole (using cooked chicken)

Main Dishes - Chicken, Poultry
CHICKEN AND ARTICHOKE CASSEROLE

2 pkg frozen artichoke hearts
2 cloves garlic
2 to 3 cups cooked chicken (cubed or shredded)
2 cans (10 3/4 oz each) condensed cream of chicken soup
1 cup mayonaise
lemon juice to taste (aprox 3/4 tsp)
shredded cheddar cheese to voer
croutons (your favorite) to cover

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Cook artichokes per instruction, adding garlic cloves, and drain.

In greased baking dish spread artichokes and chicken.

In mixing bowl combine soup, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Layer in baking dish. Top with cheese and croutons.

Bake at 350 degrees F for 25-35 minutes until heated through.

Serve with rice or noodles.

I am sure this would work as well with your potato border. My recipe does not call for wine but could probably handle l/2 cup anyway.

Bon Appetit!
