Hi Liz,
You would need to make this in a larger quantity for a larger crock pot (double or more depending on your crock pot size). I've seen tips saying crock pots should be no less than 1/2 full and no more than 2/3 full and others saying no less than 1/2 full to no more than 3/4 full. The instructions for your model should give you specifics.
The time should stay the same but you can start it on high for the first hour then set to low for the remainder of the cook time.
