Greek-Style Beef and Macaroni Bake

1/2 pound ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cup tomato juice
1 can (10 3/4 ounce) condensed golden mushroom soup
1/2 cup milk
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 egg, slightly beaten
3 cups cooked elbow macaroni ( 1 1/2 cups dry)

Over medium heat brown beef, onion and cinnamon until beef is browned and onion is tender, stirring to separate meat.
Stir in tomato juice. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to low; cook for 5 minutes. Spoon into 8x8 baking pan. In bowl combine soup, milk, cheese and egg. Add macaroni; toss to coat. spoon over beef mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until center is set. Let stand 5-10 minutes.
