re: Ann Landers Pecan Pie - Soupy

Ooopps!!! After going back and re-reading my recipe card I realized that I had written the wrong amount of butter. The recipe calls for 1/3 cup and I wrote down 2/3 cup. No wonder it was soupy. Yuck! Maybe you should decrease the amount of butter. Some recipes I looked at called for 2 Tablespoons of butter (Southern Living). Hope this helps!
