"M" Matthiessen: Runny Pecan Pie...

Misc.

I have been trying to organise my recipes and came up on a copy of Abby's Famous Pecan Pie. This copy has instructions for baking 45-50 minutes in a GAS oven. If an electric oven is used, she says it may be necessary to bake it 15-20 minutes longer. Could this be your problem?
