ISO: Problems With A. Landers Pecan Pie Rec.

Misc.

A Pecan Pie Mess! Is there anyone out there that is familiar with the Ann Landers Recipe for Peacn Pie! I have used this recipe for years but for some strange reason - the last three years have produced pecan pies that are soupy in the middle when served. I have checked the ingredients that I use and they are all fresh. I have had my ovens thermostat checked and it checks out allright!
The pir passes the toothpick test when cooking - but for some reason it remaisn soupy in the center when served.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thanking you for your time -
