re: Biscotti using 1 cube butter

Hi Carol,

I'm sorry to hear you had a biscotti disaster, but 1 cube of butter is usually 1/2 cup or 1 stick and it wouldn't be unusual for a biscotti recipe to use 1/2 cup butter. Maybe something else went wrong. Here are a couple of examples:
