re: Bitter Orange Juice

I am not sure my friends oranges are bitter oranges, you can't eat them they are so bitter. Having said that, I made jelly with the juice and section some out and made jam. I found that the tartness makes great jams and jellies, and my husband says they make great peanut butter and jelly sandwiches.
