ISO: Uses for Bitter Orange Juice..

I was in the Chicago area last week and visited several grocery stores, one of which was a large Mexican grocery. It was lovely with all the peppers and other ingredients that I don't normally use. I picked up a bottle of bitter orange juice because I think I've seen it mentioned in recipes in the past...maybe some of Gina's? Anyone, can you tell me what I should use this for. I could "wing it" but I would rather have some direction. Thank you all.
