If you go to Copycat recipes and click on Outback Steakhouse, you will find their "Honey Wheat Bushman Bread" with bread machine instructions It is delicious. The recipe explains that virtually all brown breads contain carmel coloring which adds only a dark color but no additional flavor. I made the recipe without any coloring and it came out a tan color. It is delicious with butter or cream cheese. If for some reason you can't find it, let me know and I'll post it. Linda, SC
