GUACAMOLE SALAD
1 medium avocado, peeled and finely diced
2 red ripe tomatoes, peeled and chopped
2 green onions, finely chopped
1 to 2 canned green chile peppers, finely chopped
2 tablespoons oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon salt
Combine all ingredients. Mix well. Serve in individual dishes as a salad.
Makes 4 to 5 servings
