re: Bombe aux Trois Chocolats

Misc.
Bombe aux Trois Chocolats is from the cookbookbook based on TV series called "Julia Child and Company", second of 2 books was Julia Child and More Company" published by Alfred Knopf in about 1979. It consists of a brownie-type chocolate cake that was cut and molded around a dark chocolate mousse . The outside was glazed in a semi-sweet chocolate ganache and served with sweetened whipped cream. Hence, 3 chocolates. Hope that helps.
