re: canning green chilies (that have been frozen)

Since they are frozen, the only thing would be to use them in making salsa or canning in a pressure canner. A pressure cooker is not safe to use for canning, it must be a canner. If they were fresh, you could have pickled them. Even canning them they will be very soft.

I have posted a few threads down the information and recipes for salsas that are safe to can in a water bath canner. I have tried some of them and they are good. They will be more thin and acidic than a store bought salsa, but still tasty.
