ISO: Canning Green Chilies

Misc.
I'm moving and need of a way to preserve 10 lbs. pre-frozen chopped green chilies. I could make salsa of out some of them but would rather can them just plain if the acidity, etc. would be fine. Also, I'm not an experienced canner and was wondering if I could use a regular pressure cooker instead of a canning one? Help!
