re: Canning Sweet Potato and Peanut Soup - Sorry, no.

We never recommend canning any recipe that would be considered a cooking recipe. Only recipes that are safe, tested for canning should be used.
You should freeze your soup instead.
It is no longer deemed safe to use the old method of using the processing time for the ingredient that requires the longest processing time. That is an outdated method.
