Recipe: Fluffy Yogurt Pancakes

Breakfast and Brunch
FLUFFY YOGURT PANCAKES

2 egg yolks, whisked
1 cup plain yogurt
3/4 cup flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
2 egg whites, beaten stiff

Combine egg yolks and yogurt in bowl with dry ingredients. Stir in melted butter. Fold in beaten egg whites. Cook on a hot griddle.
