Re: Coconut Custard Pie

Thank you Ellen and Terry for your recipes. I will try both, hopefully within the next few weeks. I'll let you know how I make out. I haven't attempted this pie in a while so it (they) may be on the agenda for Mother's Day (unless my daughter decides to do the cooking for me, her mother-in-law and grandmother). Fat chance! Her 20 month old twins keep her running. If I don't make a hash of them, they should be a nice surprise for my 81 year old Mom who keeps telling me I'm getting closer to her Mother's recipe. Wonder if I have enough years left to get it right!
