Recipe: Salted Peanut Chews (using cake mix)

SALTED PEANUT CHEWS

1 pkg. yellow cake mix
1/2 c. butter
1 egg

Mix together and pat into greased cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 12 to 18 minutes, or until golden brown. Take out of oven and add 3 cups mini marshmallows. Place back in oven for 1 to 3 minutes. Cool. In a large pan melt together:

2/3 c. corn syrup
1/2 c. butter
2 tsp. vanilla
12 oz. peanut butter chips

After melted, add 2 cups salted peanuts and 2 cups of Rice Krispies. Spread on cooled cake.
