re: Cucumber Cranberry Salsa - Question

Jenna did the salsa have Grand Marnier, celery chopped and pickled Jalapeno in it, if so I have a recipe from a friend who doesn't know where she got the recipe. I'll post it if you want it. Sounds good to me. Did you try emailing the restuarant. I have gotten a couple recipes that way and have one on the way this Sunday when the owner gets time to pull one together for me. Also I have gotten "no responses" or a short note that they don't share recipes. Always worth a try. How was the chicken prepared that the salsa was served with?
